The Northeast Document Conservation Center, in conjunction with PALINET, SOLINET, Amigos Library Services, and OCLC Western Service Center, is pleased to host this two-day workshop focusing on sustaining digital collections.

ETD 2008 Distributed Digital Preservation Workshop: June 4, Aberdeen, Scotland.
This half-day workshop will provide participants wth information regarding participation in our Electronic Theses and Dissertations Archive, which we are hosting in conjunction with the The Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD).

MetaArchive/LOCKSS Distributed Preservation Networks Workshop: June 20. Pittsburgh, PA
This all-day workshop will provide information and training for institutions seeking to build or join LOCKSS-based distributed digital preservation networks. Please consider attending if you are interested in learning more about the technical logistics and operational considerations of hosting or participating in a Private LOCKSS Network for distributed preservation.
